We have teen specialists in house who work with various life circumstances including depression, anxiety, self harming behavior, suicidal ideation, family communication issues, trauma, etc. We use a variety of tools, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, humanistic/client focused, and family systems to cater to individual needs. In each of these modalities, we explore baseline assumptions about yourself, your relationships and your world. When these thoughts, narratives or relationship patterns are more negative, this impacts your mental and emotional health and influences our behaviors too. Together we'll work to shift these to a healthier space to improve your wellbeing (greater sense of motivation, self-esteem, self knowledge, connected relationships, improved mood, less worry, etc.) We have a deep respect for the phases of our lives that bring significant transition, recognizing that these can bring enormous challenges, and also the opportunity for deep and lasting growth.
